Casa Sauza Guidelines


Sauza approached us to establish a mother brand for its tequila based products. I created a brand identity and look and feel for the new mother brand ‘Casa Sauza’ (the house of sauza).

Following the creation of Casa Sauza, I developed guidelines to enable the brand to be used consistently, but used in two very different ways.

A mother brand look and feel was developed that encompassed the Casa Sauza USP. Sub-brands used this look and feel in a subtle way to maintain the mother brand equity but also allowing space for their own individual brand identity.

Glenfiddich – Age of Discovery / Madeira Cask Finish


As innovative distillers, Glenfiddich sought to carry on the tradition of exploration and innovation. This resulted in this rich and complex 19 Year old whisky, matured in oak casks which were previously used to age fine Madeira wine. Inspired by explorers of old, whose discoveries and innovations changed the way we saw things forever, so did Glenfiddich in using the Madeira cask to add deep earthy aromas to this innovative whisky.

Inspired by this story and the resulting packaging, a look and feel was developed which could run as part of a future series of products. The beauty image used wooden cut out artifacts to tell a story that would intrigue and differentiate from similar products on the market.

In addition beauty shots of the bottle and packaging were created to form part of the Glenfiddich Media suite of assets.
